Vinification: Each variety was fermented separately in barrels and in stainless steel tanks before blending. Aged in new and 1-year old Armenian oak barrels for 6 months.

Tasting Notes: The wine has a perfect balance between fruitiness and minerality that reflects the volcanic character of the vineyards. It has vibrant acidity, medium body, and complex flavor profile featuring notes of orchard fruits like apricots, pear and apple, as well as citrus and floral hints. The oak opens up in roasted nuts and caramel character.

Food Pairing: Pairs perfectly with seafood, poultry, Mediterranean cuisine, grilled vegetables, risotto and soft cheeses.
