Tasting Notes: A unique taste, with a rather long aftertaste, it will remind you of the taste of forest dried fruits, with an interesting, rounded balance of oak and other aromas and flavors characteristic of the variety.
Vinification: The wine is made with ancient Armenian “Kakhani” method, hanging the grapes on vines until up to 26% of sugar concentration is ensured. At that sugar leve the fermentation takes a long time preserving all the aromas of the berries. The wine is aged in medium toasted oak barrels for at least a year.
Food Pairing: It is suggested to pair this wine with rich, spicy foods, meat dishes as well as aged cheeses.
